Thank you, Tara! How kind. I have only just discovered your comment (Substack is still very unfamiliar territory to me). So glad you liked my first piece. I'm working on the next, which will probably be a trip inside one of Leonora Carrington's paintings. It's due out next week!

But I've decided, finally, that the second post will be a dialogue between two women discussing Dorothea Tanning's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, one of my absolute favourite pictures.
